| Prepare Tools: Knife, Allen & Torx Wrenches, Scissors, Center Lock Tool. |
| Open Box: Cut along the taped edge to open the box. |
| Remove Lid: Lay the box flat, remove the top. |
| Detach Bike: Remove wheel bags and frame from straps. |
| Disconnect Parts: Clip zip ties, remove accessory bag, seat post, and handlebars. |
| Remove Padding: Clip ties, remove padding from bike. |
| Install Seat Post: Insert and adjust seat post height. |
| Secure Bike: Use a bike stand or box for stability. |
| Mount Derailleur: Attach and align derailleur. |
| Install Handlebar: Center and tighten handlebars. |
| Add Accessories: Attach bottle cage, lights, etc. |
| Install Brake Rotors: Attach rotors to hubs securely. |
| Install Wheels: Secure wheels with axles or skewers. |
| Install Pedals: Right pedal clockwise, left counter-clockwise. |
| Check Gears: Ensure smooth gear shifting. |
| Check Brakes: Ensure proper brake engagement. |
| Final Check: Tighten all bolts and ensure safety. |
